Terms of Service

Pre-launch version. The final terms will be updated before public submission to reflect billing, publisher details and the final service conditions.

1. Service

MarginShip provides tools for Shopify merchants to configure and automate free-shipping decisions with margin protection.

2. Merchant responsibility

The merchant is responsible for reviewing configuration, testing shipping methods and discounts, and ensuring promotional communication matches checkout behavior.

3. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The product follows a fail-safe philosophy: when a rule cannot be safely validated, normal shipping should remain charged.

4. Planned billing

The planned launch price is USD 4.90/month with a 15-day free trial. Final billing will be processed through the selected official Shopify mechanism.
